Umlaut Transformation was founded in 1992 as OSTO Systemberatung by Renate Henning. In 2013 the then P3 took over the majority of the company. Today the company is managed by Michael Meinecke and Andreas Rechel. Renate and Klaus Henning are minority shareholders and cooperate with Umlaut Transformation in many change process projects.
Klaus Henning is one of the founding shareholders of Xenium A.G. and was a member or chairman of the supervisory board for many years. Today the company is managed by Wolfgang Reissenberger. Xenium is our partner for all IT-related strategy topics.
Opportunity International Deutschland
OID promotes entrepreneurial initiatives based on Christian values in some of the poorest regions of the world. Renate and Klaus Henning are members of the foundation board – Renate is vice-chairwoman. There is a Henning Consumption Foundation within OID for the long-term promotion of such projects.
Gemeinschaft Immanuel e.V.
Renate and Klaus Henning are members of the Gemeinschaft Immanuel Ravensburg e.V., which is also present in the West Region (Cologne). This Christian community has as its mission evangelisation, lived unity of Christians and renewal of church and society. It is a non-denominational Catholic lay community with the assignment to the diocese of Rottenburg.
Institut für Unternehmenskybernetik (IfU) e.V. an der RWTH Aachen
Klaus Henning is deputy chairman of the board of the “An-Institut”, which is engaged in application-oriented research in the field of economic, social and technical cybernetics. This connection goes back to over 30 years of activity at the RWTH Aachen University.

Klaus Henning is a member of the advisory board of the congress, which every two years brings together about 3000 executives from industry and public life on current topics.
Together for Europe (T4E)
Renate Henning is part of the steering committee of a Europe-wide movement of about 300 Christian movements from all denominations and countries in Europe. With fundamental values, the movement advocates that the soul of Europe develops.
